The guarantee applies to nightly guests, Vacation Owners, and exchange guests, and covers the quality of your accommodations and the service you receive (it does not apply to weather or factors outside our control). If anything about your stay doesn’t meet expectations, please tell any team member while you’re here so we can respond immediately. Simple issues are addressed on the spot, and for more complex concerns, our front desk or manager will contact you promptly (typically within 30 minutes). Our team is empowered to offer meaningful solutions, and management follows up within 24 hours to confirm you’re satisfied. Every case is reviewed so we can learn and improve — because our core focus is making the Mt. Washington Valley amazing and ensuring no guest leaves disappointed.
